mr chippy used to come in his van on wednesdays, my youngest used to have a staring competition with him for a bag of free chips. apart from that and the fishing pond out the back it was dullsville central but that's a good thing as opposed to a massive married quarter estate full of noisy squaddies and unruly brats.
