dunno bout that prom, i've had houses in germany without a cellar

atterfeldt, fally & herford are three places we've lived in without cellars. saying that i bought a house in herford with a huge cellar c/w biggole proper bar. think maybe the older houses all had cellers but the more modern ones not so much. or something else.
