explainer..

the farke knoght is a bloke what go to the footy and dresses up in tights and a curly wig and a cape or suffern. anyway he must of have seen the batman movie (film) what was in the cinemas called "the dark knight" and then created a persona based on this but without all the superpowers and shark repellent and stuff. he gave this character the moniker of "the farke knght" but obviously he mangled the pronunciation a bit to make it scan, so "fark knight". roger so far? Good. he used to sit in the front of the riverend and sometimes the cameras would catch him as he was a colourful character. anyway he also raised a six figure sum for charity and does lots of fund raising i think. he got quite a following on the socials (i.e. social media e.g. twitter/facebooks) and as sure as dark knight follows dark day he got trolled to f**k by bellends with their vile abuse. now we live in a world where social media governs pretty much every aspect ofmost people lives (I KNOW!) and they are fully immersed in it. it's as if they can't make the distinction between real life and fantasy universe of the internet. so he got the mental health botheration and it got him so bad he dunt go to games no more.

timothy krul of the goalkeepering department reached out via the socials and sent him a fistful of hospitality tickets or some such morale boosting freebie with some kind words.

i was listening to times radio yesty and they were talking to a few govt scientists about the negative impact of social media and they all said they had received a ton of absolutely vile and abusive emails, all of them had received death threats and the two women scientists had been abused by threats of extreme sexul violence.

i don't understand a world like that but then again i don't understand why some people boo the knee every f**king home game. i mean properly boo it like: BOOOOOO! *gammon face*

like the players are thinking, "f**kern hell this appears to be unpopular with a small section of complete morons best we put an immediate stop to it".
