Because most go to Spain or Portugal, therefore little language problems

Plus before Brexit it would have been easier to buy from Spain, Portugal or Russia than direct from source where there are loads of problems with 3rd party ownership. I would be really surprised if we found some value in South America as most decent players will be scouted by big Brazilian or Argentinian teams before "outsiders" get the chance...and we definitely don't have the kind of money that talks.
