Never turkey again

Nut roast for Jr probably beef for the rest.

We've not done turkey since I was young and one of my dad's mates (who ran a turkey farm) would have his annual laugh by dropping off the biggest bird he could find every Christmas eve, knowing that mum was vegan and my sister was veggie.

After a decade or so of eating sooo much turkey every holiday season, we've generally looked to get something more reasonably sized in the beef rib field instead.

Ahhh traditions.
