Not wanting to lay into him or anything. But obviously this is after Barton did the same thing, obv - has anyone on here ever heard anyone use that word to describe something like a football defeat? Or anything equally trivial?

Or is it an expression that’s just common in football, for some weird reason?

Seems really strange to happen at all, never mind twice. Am sure I’ve never heard anyone use it in that way, ever.
