If you read Ballance's statement about the way they all used to speak to each other i thought it was pretty inevitable that something like this would come out.

I'm not doubting or excusing racism he suffered but he's also someone here who is angry and out to bring some people down (rightly in some cases) that he believes ended his career and this was his stage to achieve it.

He obviously was not going to say "but to be fair i'd just called him a ****" when he was relaying some of the comments that had been made to him. He said on the news that the racist abuse in the dressing room happened to him on a daily basis. Maybe i'm wrong and it absolutely did but i just find that claim a bit difficult to believe.
