sold both of them, one sold very quick but the other one took 4 year to shift, a turkish property developer came along one day last year and made a lo-ball offer and i caved in and provisionally agreed to a deal where he would knock it down and build 4 villas on the land and then give me one which i would be able to (lols) sell on and keep the the proceeds. then i got a message from another agent saying a british couple wanted a look and i said no mate it's about to go and he said they are here now can i just show them please, so i arranged with the keyholder and the wife fell in love with it and they agreed the original asking price in full. cant believe it went for the asking price in the pandemic, talk about last minute winners.
