Chelsea and Man City might pull out because they don't need it as much - their owners aren't in it to make profits and aren't in financial trouble (in fact, the other clubs are in the financial trouble they are through trying to keep up with the big spending oil-fuelled clubs so this league is really aimed at removing their advantage)
