The Prem need to kill it dead for it's own survival

Well to survive and be meaningful. Trouble is I don't know how they can do that without banishing them and incurring the financial hit which inevitably come.
My real hope is that pressure will mount and one of them Liverpool (most likely) crack, pull out and it starts a dominoe effect
