Have you tried dividing by population?

Looking at the rate of change of cumulative deaths per million? The UK isnt doing great - not by any stretch - but it just that is looks like the UK has minimal deaths at the moment and that other EU countries look like they are going to be overtaking us in deaths/million very rapidly. There is a long way to go. It looks to me like Eastern Europe is next in line for a really s**tty time while were are in a lot case rate period.
