Well, I heard Croatia was nicer than Montenegro

I absolutely loved Montenegro. I have been to Croatia many times. The things is that Serbia is vaccinating its population, Montenegro isnt and Croatia isnt.

I don't want to go to a place that isnt vaccinated. I really need a break. Maybe Serbia isnt as nice as Croatia - perhaps few places are - it is just that Croatia isnt a viable destination in the next 9 months.
