i hope not, depends on how we come out of this

i think people will quickly revert back to type and pile onto airplanes etc if allowed so hopefully we can use this opportunity to reshape our only city in the best way possible for future generations. The GNLP is, as far as I can tell, a blueprint to where all the people that are migrating into Norfolk are going to go and how they will be served from market town hubs. The bulk of them moving into and out of the city daily during the week.

I love that suggestion re debenhams and the hotel/flats/shops/bars etc far better than it gets occupied by loads of tatty retailers flogging vape paraphanalia and mobile phone shops.

this is a huge opportunity to reshape the city so it thrives and not just exists for the high street.
