try listening to a sleep podcast when you go to bed (plenty to choose from on spotify etc), helps get your mind occupied by other stuff and your focus turned off from "the noise". they are basically dull as f**k storytelling (deliberately so as to calm) and the narrator generally has a soothing voice. worth a punt.
