I know that’s not very helpful really, but I think it’s the right course of action.

Either the bad sleeping is down to giving up booze, in which case it will pass in a few days, or it isn’t related and you can think about what else it might be.

My wife always says I should stop watching tv / using my phone an hour or so before bed as it’s not good for sleep.
