Bloke we bought the house from said it was a borehole and it had an old electric pump house sat on top that ran water to a tap down the back garden. Plug in pump switch on, use tap to water garden fill pond etc. Cometh the lockdown i finally got around to repairing the wooden pump house little shed thing and cleared all the ivy snd weeds away i knocked a stone down the little opening and heard a splash a couple of seconds later so grabbed my torch and had a good look and there it was, proper big arsed circular brick lined beautiful well. Amazeballs.
