I hope so too

tho goodness knows how exactly schools will eventually have to operate (minus the yearned for vaccine ...) - my son is at a grammar in north london with 1.2k pupils, and he takes 4 buses per day to get there & back .... it's not obvious to me how this will ever be an environment in which covid (& every other thing going) will not circulate. Shorter holidays? Longer days with shifts? Week on/week off? Or just lots of ppe, handwash and regular testing?
