Have we actually suffered as a result of not being in that scheme to date? Is it a quicker/cheaper/better option for the UK than our own procurement channels? There have only been 4 tenders issued so shouldn't be hard for investigative journalists to work it out.

If not, it's all just political hot air, isn't it?
