Fairly sure next doors have the virus

Their boy is home from uni and dry coughing all day long, its warm they have their bi-fold doors open wide. Big time cough central and hes walking around the garden on the phone as well. Obvs not conducted scientific test regime on him but fairly sure the c**t should self isolate and he should not have gone out for a walk on his own yesterday (we had to cross the road to avoid him i was gobsmacked) or today with his dad through the village. Is there a snitch line i can call or should i just do my civic duty and firebomb their house in the dead of night?
