Maybe the majority see something different.
You have to be careful living in a bubble, only reading things you agree with. I have done that myself in the past.
There are a lot of social ideas that people tend to agree with in principle yet when the rubber meets the road they look after their own interests first.
Do I give all my money away to charity.... f**k no.
Do I help out and give my time and some money..... of course.
You can hate appealing to the center but that will leave you on the outside looking in wishing you had the power to change stuff.
