Without publishing of advice given you cannot tell if it lawful or not

Johnson could of just given advice to prorogue to announce his new agenda.

If the court then made the judgement based on speculation that his true intention was to stymie parliament then that in itself is a colossal f**k up as they have deemed the advice unlawful even though potentially the advice is lawful.
