I don;t regard either as a problem. Its just a bit sad frankly that

the PM has got to a point where he feels that he has to prorogue parliament in order to stop it undermining the government at every possible opportunity.

If course in principle its a bit outrageous but you have to look at the reality if why he has had to do it and to be honest if it gives some leeway to try and get a solution to the Brexit impasse for a couple of weeks when parliament would be in recess anyway I don't really have an issue with it because MP's are acting like a bunch of squabbling kids and for all manner of reasons, some legitimate and others self serving.
