Have to say, even though i'm not a fan of proroguing at this time

To do this so that it doesn't overlap the 31st October deadline is cunningly genius.

Theoretically the queen's speech has to be debated over 5 days and voted on which is essentially a no confidence vote. If he loses it he has up to 14 days to squat in No.10 which would then pass the 31st October.

So essentially if he does get a deal back from the EU that is acceptable the choice for parliament is the deal or no deal, there are no other option's.

And if parliament vote him down he can essentially play the people vs parliament card which is almost the perfect card to play running up to a G.E

A real f**k over of opposition MP's but probably one of the strongest position's now.
