I'm guessing after interest payments and loss of income due to the building work....probably around 30-40m... A real millstone around our necks.
We never sold out most games in the champs. That's a fact.
Let's assume the 7000 seats all sold out for the 19 home games with 30 quid a ticket and 5 quid for up spend at the club. So 35 x 7000 x 19.
It's only another 4.6 million a year......and thats if every single seat sells out....a big if....in the champs it will almost certainly be empty.
