RE stadium size
Years ago I was involved with NC when attendances were much lower. My suggestion was to use the excess capacity as an opportunity by offering kids tickets at low prices. It had the bonus of attracting more adults (paying full price) as kids want their parents to take them to matches... and it worked.
The stadium is now too small to meet demand and it is a shame because it should be easier to attract new fans when the club is playing at the highest level.
Therefore, build a much bigger stadium and if there is excess capacity it can be used to attract the next generation and their parents.
Higher attendances can also mean greater income from sponsors, merchandise, etc.
