They are all about supporting victims of domestic abuse from a housing provider's perspective.

Now I'm not saying that BJ was abusing his current partner (or the other way round), however what DAHA encourage is rather than hearing shouting etc and looking at it from an anti-social angle is to think whether there it is a possible indication of domestic abuse.

It was relevant to me as I work in housing / property, however perhaps of interest to others having read the article.
