Where were you last autumn?

Anyway, it's effectively a league divided into divisions so everyone plays teams of similar standing (England got to play Spain/Croatia while Scotland got to play some former Soviet Republics and Israel) and you don't get all those tedious mismatches that make up most of the qualifying games for the Euros.
