Who creates the squad though?

We had a team known for attacking under Lambert, which became quite defensive under Hughton. Neither was perfect but it’s in the image of the manager to an extent.

While he’s never let anyone down, he doesn’t seem to last more than a couple of seasons before a kind of discontent appears. Newcastle acted quite early in that regard but it was still a similar pattern. Is he not just a modern, more media friendly, Pulis or Allerdyce?
