still not clear, sorry for being dense

i'm assuming (f**k knows why but i am) there's a panel of three qualified refs in a truck/room and they analyse key decisions and can rifle a VAR call back to the Ref who then lets the teams/crowd know it's gone to VAR by doing the TV box hand jive whotsist and then he lets them do his job? and they do this by democratic vote? (hence why i think it has to be 3 VAR refs). can the actual ref call for a VAR decision if he's unsure of his original decision or not?

sorry to go on but you know about reffing more than most, do you approve/dissaprove of VAR?
