See, I can't lose any and I really don't eat much at all.

Gone up to 14 since last spring. Spent the last 3 weeks walking miles but hasn't made any difference. I'm sure it's alcohol in my case. Only other explanation is water retention from new heart medication. Will check at next appointment. In the meantime, gonna cut right back on alcohol to see if it's that
