I've got some decent pics with my phone, but often have my Olympus PEN with me too and those are the pics that almost always end up as the 'keepers' or archival stuff.

YMMV but around a dozen friends have now picked up micro four thirds cameras (and are happily using them) on the back of seeing my stuff.

(though gaining a photography qualification in night classes getting on 10 years ago has actually made the biggest impact on the images I get)
