and yes, I know all the arguments about funding and being better informed and so on and so on and so on, but the truth is that huge numbers of people who voted leave because they think that they establishment is against them, will be given all the encouragement they could possibly ever need to conclude that their views are worth less than nothing. and it's hard to think that will end well.
