It doesn't differentiate between

Skilled and non skilled. industry within construction. Or commercial/domestic construction.

Predominantly the skilled jobs such as architects/engineers and higher paid jobs have more British workers and skilled migrants.

The manual labour jobs such as construction site workers/plasterer's are dominated by migrants. But as I said before it's based on many factors.

There's no barrier to British workers in construction but unfortunately to get there you'll have to go through higher education to reach higher skilled jobs within it.

Apprenticeships were a way to get there. These are far and few between anymore.
