1. No, I wasn't 'feeling sorry for myself' yesterday. I was highlighting hypocrisy. Many people on here get away with all sorts of nonsense all the time - and nothing is said. Why? Because of who they are. Well kent faces, as they'd say in Scotland. Nothing unusual in that: all communities/groups can become cliquey/hierarchical/or even bullying at times.

2. Jim's approach, which you highlight here, didn't stop you labelling him as 'negative'. What respect are you showing Jim there in calling him that? None. You're generalising and over-simplifying too. Everyone who refers to Jim as 'negative' does that to him all the time. He just wants the best for the club - why is that some sort of crime?

3. And Jim's approach also doesn't stop him receiving regular abuse. It's fantastic that he never rises to it. But the abuse itself is appalling - and again, totally hypocritical.
