all I am saying is that everyone agrees that the NHS needs more money , and people would generally have no problem through taxation but that is not happening , but when car park charges are applied and the money goes into the local hospital people are not happy

the people who run the car parks for the hospital are the one who can go to f**k when apply fines for being a nano second late
