Yea... I won an appeal with POPLA

The companies photos of the car park were out of date. The case was kicked out because they failed to provide photos of of the tariffs, when it applies and what is required of the motorist. Also I demanded that I see an unredacted copy of the contract which shows that the company has landowers permission to operate there.

My recommendation is to 1, speak with the hospital and if they are not friendly in sorting it out, go straight for POPLA appeal.
