Thornbridge would be my Pouring Partner.
Jaipur would be my Desert Island beer, and they make so many more tremendous brews. Close second would be Magic Rock. Fagpaper's difference in it, but I think Thornbridge shade it on larger range / greater variety.
Honourable mentions: Buxton Brewery, Fyne Ales from near Loch Fyne in That Scotland, and Northern Monk.
