right outside St Stephen's church, and it s**t her right up. Luckily an off-duty ambulance wallah was right there, and vaulted over the barrier to do the business (and ended up saving the guy's life, because it was a proper heart attack).

But that proper bothered her for a long old time. Stayed with her. Feeling of helplessness and that, and the proximity.
