My recommendations

Bring back smaller, yellow nets.
Have the blokes walking around to pitch after goals with the golden goal thing.
Have an old car parked behind on of the goals.
Scrap goals music.
Have regular announcements telling people to sing slower.

In fact, can't they just manufacture a good atmosphere over the tannoy?
