I agree that they don’t, or don’t want, to see it as a proper debt

But, I disagree with the second point of it being part of a plan where they pick and choose if they are going to pay it back. Although I’m sure if we go up we’ll get the opportunity to waver the 25% bonus to support something else for the academy!
