Ah I see. I thought Webber’s response, in particular answered this point very well.

I guess that he is untainted by past mistakes so feels freer to say what he thinks. I like everything about the new approach and plan, there seems a level of honesty about even very recent history, and clearly there were some dreadful decisions and mistakes made which we are now paying for.
