what if the logo on the showers is of an agency that the host country has blacklisted, and having it splashed across the media will see the camp get closed down?

Perhaps an easier example to think about is what do you think the ramifications would be of using the wrong Red Cross/Red Crescent logo in various trouble spots in the Middle East?

Whilst I don't doubt that there is a lot of willy-waving around logos and who gets top billing (given the importance of securing media profile to drum up donations and grants), there are also some very valid reasons why having other agencies' logos around could be a bad idea.
