it is almost definite you will get milk form the same cow

Most fresh milk is sourced within 50 miles of where it's consumed. Within 50 miles there's probably at most a few hundred individual dairy farms

Milk is transported in tanks like this which means all the milk from cows on a farm is mixed up together (for smaller farms, they will share transports so it can be multiple farms worth of milk). In the packaging plant you'll get even bigger tanks that hold thousands of gallons of milk, basically the output of all their suppliers before they start processing and bottling it.

So as all the cows milk is mixed together, every glass will have milk from 1000 or more cows, and while your next bottle of milk might have a slightly different mix from those cows, they'll still be there, all mixed together.

All you need is one drop from the same cow in the following week and unless that cow had died in the preceding week or been beamed up by martians then it'd be nigh on impossible for you to avoid consuming one drop from the same cow even if you only drunk one glass of milk from the second carton.
