I think we are all behind the long term project aren't we?

Because if Delia and MWJ maintain their stance then we have no choice but to be behind it - its the only way we are going to be able to operate and if we can bring young players through then that will bring at least some enjoyment. I sense also that there is quite widespread sympathy for Farke given the constraints he's having to operate under - I don;t see any widespread calls for him to be sacked.

However what i am will not behind is:

1. Approaching it with a lack of balance and thus essentially sacrificing any chance of going up this season on the basis of preparing for next season. We still need to give it a go this season to the extent that is possible whilst the playoffs remain a possibility. Buying in to the future strategy does not also mean that I don;t think we have a better chance of the top 6 this season whilst we still have the likes of Madders, Tettey, Klose etc.

2. Continued refusal by the owners to consider any alternative path given that the chosen future strategy is going to make competing at championship level year on year very challenging given the changed financial landscape around us.
