That's what I meant by definition - most people wouldn't know the second part (the derivation), unless they looked it up, and as such would assume it's a joke based on a fairly niche area of pornography (which is another debate in itself).

As for why people make these jokes, there isn't time and space enough for that argument. There is no balance in the world at the moment, wherever you look.
