....Have read OTBC's analysis (or his wife's) which is pretty much spot on. Still of the view you should raise it - especially if colleagues will support at a hearing - but as I said will try and respond better later today. Without prying too much what size organization do you work for? Might be relevant in terms of their ER policies.
