Yeah someone on the same level

I'm 38, I've been through this 14 years back and my HR told me to "grow a pair" despite the individual being badly behaved over a number of years.

This is why I'd rather just put up with it or ask for a move. I don't know if HR has evolved since 2004, but being told to 'man up and grow a pair' when I provided proof (as opposed to the he/said she said).

If these things don't have a history of ending well, then I'll carry on working with her and will put up with it

I'm slightly uncomfortable that this isn't what they want, but I'm very annoyed that they didn't deal with her in previous instances and have decided I'm going to be the big evidence

I'm too old for this s**t. I'd rather leave than go through it
