Depends.........
Do you want to be sat on a train for 4 hours on most days of the week and look like a zombie?
Do you want to eat s**te food on trains and at stations?
Do you enjoy reading newspapers left on trains?
Do you want to be doing that in the long-term?
Will 3-4 days pw become 5 days per week?
Will they be a nightmare if your are late to meetings due to late trains?
Will it be bad for relationships and family life?
Is there an increase in wage that would cover staying overnight in London?
Could you ever switch-back to working at the Norwich office?
If you are young, free and single then I'd suggest that your commute to London will about an hour longer each-way than you do at the moment so it might be worth it for a short-while. I think you'd have to really love the job if you want commute so much in the long-term.
