Its not like when they might be researching how to make bombs on the internet or buying components for a bomb.

Very difficult as you can't watch all these guys 24 hours a day but I guess MI5 is going to have to try and infiltrate these groups more regularly with undercover operatives and maybe take a harder line on any kind of promotion of ISIS.
