Alex neil could've sat and delivered that speech. I though AN's interviews in very tricky situations were nearly always spot on.

Lets hope Webber can bring the club together, and lets hope the new Head Coach can get the right blend of youthfull players we already have some decent first-teames we already have and a new bunch of players with a desire to push this club forward.
